I recently put together some marketing material and found an old mailer I sent in June 2017. I liked the format and wanted to replicate it. I was surprised that it was also for the month of June, but more shocking to me was the data. In Ada county the average home price was $264,000. I found the average in Ada county now: and it's a staggering $545,000. If that's not incentive to buy as soon as you can, I don't know what is.
